Khatta Aloo
Ingredients:
- 1 large boiled potato mashed
- Sour yogurt
- ½ tsp turmeric (haldi)
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp cumin (jeera)
- ½ tsp mustard seeds (rai)
- ½ tsp asafetida (hing)
- Salt to taste.
Directions:
- Add water in sour yogurt and blend well in a mixer.
- Heat oil in a pan (kadhai).
- Add asafetida, cumin and mustard seeds.
- Add potatoes, and yogurt. Mix.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
- Boil it for 5 mins
- Your Aloo is ready
