By the time I had gotten there, pulled over to the side of the road, and asked the lady to steer while I pushed, she had already called a tow truck; meaning that she had been in the left turn lane for a while. Why didn't anyone help out? I mean, it was right by the university, there were tons of pedestrians, and I couldn't have been the only college student to realize she wouldn't have been able to push the car by herself. Makes you realize that the Howard County ad campaign is more needed than people think!
