When you don't log in, the picture figures itself out via your email. Dad's picture is linked to the email you used, so you have to use your own email to get your picture correct. Email isn't revealed on the website. If you don't want to use your work email, you can use your @bengfort email, you can edit your profile (and also your picture) in the site admin section.
