Guacamole: Mexico City, Mexico
Guacamole is easy to make from scratch, but not as intuitive as it sounds. Jaci and I get fresh avocados from our veg box, and we had to learn how to make Guac without the instant guac mix pack at Giant! This recipe should give you good guacamole in no time.
