Yep- this is the shack that holds the hydrometer that measures the river level- if you have linked back to the Advanced Hydrological Survey from NOAA- this is where the readings from that chart have come from. Just a note- several of the readings from that chart were deleted as outliers thanks to this shack freezing up!
